Our Theology of Giving
We believe in faithful stewardship of God's resources through regular and cheerful giving. Members are encouraged to support the church's ministries through tithes and offerings during worship services, online giving platforms, mobile giving options, and special project contributions with transparent reporting.
Scripture on Giving
The Bible teaches us much about giving. We believe that giving is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, apart from human works. We are called to give cheerfully, sacrificially, and with the right heart attitude.
2 Corinthians 9:6-8 (NIV): "Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work."
Principles of Giving
- Cheerful Giving: God loves a cheerful giver who gives from the heart.
- Faithful Stewardship: We are entrusted with God's resources to manage for His glory.
- Investment in Eternity: Our giving supports the spread of the Gospel and God's kingdom.
- Supporting Ministry: Our gifts enable the church to fulfill its mission.
- Financial Accountability: We maintain strict financial accountability with annual reports available to all members.
