Photography During Services and Events

Photography and video recording may occur during church services, events, and activities. These images may be used for:

• Church publications and promotional materials
• Website and social media content
• Annual reports and ministry updates
• Historical documentation of church activities
• Marketing and outreach materials

All photography is conducted respectfully and with consideration for our church family.

Adult Photography Consent

By attending our services and events, you consent to photography and video recording. If you do not wish to be photographed:

• Inform an usher or church staff member
• Wear the "No Photo" badge available at the welcome table
• Position yourself in designated "No Photo" areas during services
• Contact church leadership to request exclusion from specific events

We respect your privacy and will honor your request not to be photographed.

Children's Photography Policy

Special consent is required for photographing children:

• Parents/guardians must provide written consent for their children
• Children may not be identified by name in photos without consent
• Parents can request specific children be excluded from photography
• Special security measures apply to children's images
• Child protection policies are strictly followed

Parents can update their consent preferences at any time by contacting our Children's Ministry.

Special Events Photography

Special events may have additional photography considerations:

• Weddings: Special consent and preferences noted
• Baptisms: Automatic consent for participants
• Funerals: Respectful photography with family consent
• Birthdays and celebrations: Parental consent for children
• Ministry events: Consent applies to participants

For special events, additional consent forms may be required.

Please note that some images may already be published before an opt-out request is received.
